BAOVIET HOLDINGS (TẬP ĐOÀN BẢO VIỆT) is one of Vietnam’s largest financial and insurance conglomerates, operating as a publicly listed joint stock company under Business ID 0100111761. Established on 15 October 2007 and registered with the Ha Noi City Department of Planning and Investment, the group is listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) under ticker BVH.

As a state-influenced enterprise, its shareholder structure includes the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam as the dominant shareholder, alongside foreign strategic investors and institutional stakeholders.
