Charoen Pokphand Group - C.P. Group, established in 1921 in Bangkok, is a multi-disciplinary business group and one of the strongest companies in Thailand in the fields of industrial - agriculture and food processing. 
The subject - C.P. Vietnam Corporation (or CPV) is a member of C.P. Group, and was established in 1993 in Dong Nai Province. After 30 years of development in Vietnam, CPV is operating a solid business model like a tripod with 3 F's: Feed- Farm- Food. This closed model helps the business to ensure absolute commitment to product quality from production to the finished product as well as enjoy the whole value chain of product manufacturing. 
Feed - Animal feed is the first business segment of C.P. Group in Vietnam. Currently, the company has 8 livestock and poultry feed factories (Ha Noi City, Hai Duong City, Binh Dinh Province, Binh Duong Province, Bien Hoa City - Dong Nai Province, Tien Giang Province, Bau Xeo - Dong Nai Province, Binh Phuoc Province), aquatic animal feed factories (Dong Nai Province, Ben Tre Province, Can Tho City, Ca Mau Province).
However, at present, Animal - Farm model is strongly developed. CPV has strategic cooperation with more than 3,000 farms in Vietnam, supporting breeding stock with good genetic resources, converting livestock models according to CPV's standards, supporting animal feed from the company, and guaranteeing output that helps to reduce the financial burden for farmers. Every year, the company provides a variety of goods to the market: meat pigs including live pigs, pieces of pork, CP brand packaged pigs, chicken eggs, broilers including feather chicken products and whole chickens, branded packaged snakehead chicken and cooked chicken, fresh and cooked fish, fresh shrimp and processed shrimp...
Food - CPV's food processing plants are designed and built according to European standards with modern and high technology, meeting export requirements with products such as Chinese sausages, sausages, pre-processed foods, and ready-processed foods. It has participated in this segment for about 10 years with 2 seafood processing factories and 7 meat processing factories. The company is promoting retail channels in supermarkets and opening its own stores such as C.P. Fresh Mart, C.P. Fresh Shop, and Shop by C.P. (partner's distribution system).
For CPV Food Binh Phuoc factory, inaugurated in December 2020 with a total investment of USD 250 million, put into operation and had the first batch of exported chickens in 2020, bringing Vietnam into the group of big countries of producing food from poultry in the world. The maximum capacity of the Binh Phuoc factory in 2023 is 50 million of broiler chickens and 19,200 tons of processed chicken/year. In the future, the factory will expand its export market to more demanding markets such as EU, America, Middle East… The company is working with state agencies to apply for an export license to South Korea and the UK. These two markets currently conducted an evaluation last year and it is expected that this year there will be a license and it can export in the third quarter of 2024.
