Established on 15 July 2020, the company is headquartered at My Xuan B1 – Tien Hung Industrial Park, Phu My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and operates as a one-member limited liability company.

Wholly owned by a Singapore-based investor, the company represents a strategic extension of international packaging expertise into the Vietnamese market. With a charter capital of approximately USD 49.4 million and a workforce of around 180 employees, Crown Vung Tau has rapidly expanded its operational scale.

Financially, the company demonstrated remarkable performance momentum. Total assets increased to approximately USD 157.7 million, while revenue surged to USD 146.8 million, more than doubling compared to the previous year. Most notably, net profit reached USD 19.5 million, marking an extraordinary recovery and sharp improvement in profitability. Equity also strengthened significantly to over USD 71 million, reflecting improved retained earnings and capital stability.

However, working capital remained negative at around USD -26.5 million, indicating reliance on short-term liabilities to finance operations. While this is not uncommon in high-volume manufacturing sectors, liquidity management remains an important factor to monitor.
