GREENFEED VIET NAM CORPORATION

Established in 2003, Greenfeed Vietnam has grown from a feed mill into a fully integrated Feed – Farm – Food chain providing: animal feed (satisfying the standards of ISO 22000, HACCP, GLOBAL GAP, BAP); swine breed (from PIC – a global leading company in breed genetic); and branded food.

In 29 Mar 2022, Greenfeed Vietnam completed all due processes to acquire the business & trademark of LeBoucher Co., Ltd. A representative of Greenfeed Vietnam said the merger of the LeBoucher chicken brand is a strategic step for the subject to quickly close the clean chicken chain from farm to table, taking advantage of its strengths in animal feed. After the merger, LeBoucher became the 5th brand in Greenfeed Vietnam's food brand portfolio including G Kitchen cool pork and processed products, Mamachoice fresh pork, Wyn convenient processed products, and G-Lala broken rice.

According to the 2023 semi-annual financial situation report sent to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Greenfeed Viet Nam Corporation announced business results with a loss of more than VND 19 billion in the first 6 months of 2023, even though the company had previously recorded profit after tax for two consecutive years. In 2023, the price of input materials increases sharply, while output decreases, which are big challenges for not only Greenfeed Vietnam but also domestic animal feed manufacturers.
