In recent years, revenue has grown strongly, reaching approximately USD 66.46 million in 2024, reflecting continued recovery in travel retail demand. However, the financial structure remains under pressure. Total assets declined to USD 31.84 million, while accumulated losses resulted in negative equity of nearly USD 26.9 million. Net losses in 2024 amounted to USD 15.88 million, and working capital remained negative, indicating liquidity strain.

With a charter capital of over USD 32.8 million fully paid up, the company is majority-owned by Lotte Duty Free Singapore (60%), alongside a Vietnamese partner holding 40%. Backed by the global Lotte brand, LOTTE PHU KHANH DUTY FREE TRADING COMPANY LIMITED remains an active player in Vietnam’s airport retail market. However, its financial sustainability will depend on improved profitability and stronger capital management in the coming years.
