Founded in 2010, the subject is specialized in manufacturing dairy products, namely liquid milk, formula milk, and nuts milk products for children, pregnant women and adults under the brands like Smarta Mom, Meta Mom, Meta Care, Lean Pro and Lean Max…  All of its products are consumed domestically.

The subject’s General Director has a master's degree in nutrition at Washington University (USA).  Two factories of the company at Lot VII.2 and Lot V.11 and Lot V.12, Thuan Thanh 3 Industrial Park, Thanh Khuong Commune, Thuan Thanh Town, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam meet quality standards ISO 22000:2018, GMP, HACCP. In addition, the company has just leased a industrial land area at No. 23, VSIP II-A, Road No. 31, Vietnam - Singapore II-A Industrial Park, Vinh Tan Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam since 2023. As planned, the company will build a new factory here.

Specially, On May 1, 2023, the subject officially inaugurated the Nutricare Institute of Medical Nutrition in the United States, marking a significant milestone. Since its inception, the institute has introduced several innovative products to the market, including Hanie Kid, ColosCare 24h, Glucare Gold, Nutricare Gold, and Nutricare Bone. Of which, three new products, Glucare Gold, Nutricare Gold, and Nutricare Bone, serve the needs of new demographics: individuals with diabetes and the elderly, signifying a strategic expansion into niche markets, demonstrating the subject's ability to meet diverse consumer needs.
