The main activities of the company are to manage, operate, and exploit Nhon Trach 2 Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant. The plant uses the advanced technology of generation F combined cycle gas turbines with configuration 2-2-1, consisting of 2 gas turbines, 2 heat recovery boilers, and 1 steam turbine, with a total capacity of 750 MW, capable of supplying to the national grid about 5 billion kWh/ year.

On 21 Feb 2020, the General Department of Taxation issued a decision to sanction the subject with the total amount of fines for administrative violations, tax arrears, interest on late payment was total of VND 17.9 billion.
