The precusor of the subject was a State Owned Enterprised that founded in 1960 in Ha Noi City. In August 2017, the subject has been equitized to become a joint stock company with the chartered capital of VND 220 billion. The State had withdrawn all of its shares in the subject company. After equization, the subject has been expanded very strongly. The future prospect seems bright.
As mass media, T&T GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY has become biggest shareholders of subject company. Started as a sole agent of electric goods for Japanese suppliers. Throughout over 25 years of operation, T&T GROUP is now involving in 5 main fields including Real Estate, Financial Investment, Industry (Manufacturing Motor, Car, Plastic product, Mineral), Sport and Import- Export Activities. It is also the strategic shareholder of Sai Gon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB).
