VIGLACERA CORPORATION - JSC

The precursor of the subject company is a state-owned commercial unit, founded in 1974. After the equitization in Jul 2014, it has been renamed to VIGLACERA CORPORATION - JSC. Noticeably, the shares of the subject company were delisted from HNX stock market to have been listed on HOSE since 26 Apr 2019. According to a plan, the State would withdraw all shares from the subject in 2020; nevertheless, the disinvestment has been slower than expected. The State still holds 38.58% shares of the subject. The subject company operates following subsidiary – parent company model. As of 31 Dec 2023, it had 21 directly owned subsidiaries, 6 indirectly owned subsidiaries, and 10 associated companies.

The subject is specialized in producing building glass, ceramic tile and sanitary wares. In the domestic market, its market share is large. Besides, its product is also exported to Japan, Russia, Canada, Thailand, and Singapore... In recent years, the company focuses more on real estate field. It has joined to construct urban zones and industrial parks in Ha Noi City, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho, Ha Nam, Thai Binh Provinces, etc. After many years of operation, the subject has become a prestigious large company with the popular trademark of Viglacera.
