The company was established on October 5, 2012, and is registered with the Tien Giang Department of Planning and Investment. Its head office is at Lot AV-1,2,3,4,7, Tan Huong Industrial Park, Tan Huong Commune, Chau Thanh District, Tien Giang Province, Vietnam. With a 45-year investment license, the company operates with a legal land-use right covering over 48,000 square meters and employs approximately 200 staff.

EMIVEST is a subsidiary of United Global Resources Limited, a Malaysia-based investment holding company that is part of the larger Leong Hup International Berhad Group. This group operates across several Southeast Asian markets, including Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines, and the “Leong Hup” brand is recognized in both Malaysia and Vietnam.

The company is led by Lau J. H., a Malaysian national who serves as General Director and legal representative.  Nguyen T. K. K., a Vietnamese national who serves as Chief Accountant, supports the financial oversight. EMIVEST specializes in manufacturing feed for cattle, poultry, and aquatic animals, along with related veterinary medicine and agricultural raw materials.
