HAI AN TRANSPORT AND STEVEDORING JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Founded in 2009, the subject and its subsidiaries now engage in the fields of Sea transport and trucking inland; Stevedoring, delivery and preservation of cargoes; Agency and shipping agent; Export/import services, warehouse and storage of cargoes; Freight forwarding services, customs clearance, packaging activities related to transport and logistics services... The subject’s shares have been listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) on 21 Jan 2015 with the stock symbol as HAH.

Because of the effect of the Covid Pandemic, the needs for Sea transport and related services have been expanded well. The subject finished the upgrade investment in order to Hai An container port meeting the 25.800 DWT ships. Besides, it bought other ships for increasing Sea transport capacity. As the subject’s annual report in 2020, its owned Hai An container port exploited 277 cruises with a total quantity of 346.934 TEU. Especially, thanks to increases in the freight rates, the total quantity of sea transport in 2020 reached 348.862 TEU. The subject’s business has become busier. As the result, the subject’s consolidated revenue and net income in the first three quarters of 2021 reached VND 1,283.9 billion and VND 283.9 billion, equaling 107.7% and 193.7% of the volume in the whole of 2020.
