LONG PHAT STEEL GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY, formerly known as Long Phat Logistic Trading JSC, is a privately held joint stock company registered under Business ID and Tax Code 1101844876. Its head office is located at Lot D1-9 to D1-22, Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park, VL2 Street, Voi La Hamlet, Long Hiep Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, Vietnam. The company was legally established on March 9, 2017, and is registered with the Long An Province Department of Planning and Investment.

Initially founded as a trading company, LONG PHAT has since evolved into a hybrid model that integrates both trading and manufacturing of iron, steel, stainless steel, and other metal products. Each segment currently contributes approximately half of the company’s total revenue. This transformation reflects a strategic pivot toward vertical integration and industrial scaling. As part of this transition, the firm has expanded its workforce to 250 employees, reflecting its medium-scale operation within Vietnam’s steel sector.

Leadership is held by Nguyen M. D., who serves as General Director and legal representative. The majority shareholder remains Tran N. T., who holds a 70% equity stake in the business. Additional founding shareholders include Huynh T. Y. D. with 20% and Phan T. A. L. with 10%. All shareholders are Vietnamese nationals and maintain a long-standing involvement in Vietnam’s steel trading ecosystem.

The company is affiliated with Nguyen Minh Thu Co., Ltd., a related entity established in 2003, and Huynh Vu Import Export JSC, both of which share common shareholder interests. These affiliations strengthen LONG PHAT’s upstream and downstream integration across sourcing, logistics, and distribution.

LONG PHAT STEEL GROUP is actively engaged in both domestic and international markets. It imports materials primarily from China and exports to partners in Australia, including notable names such as Hyundai Corporation and CS Traders Pvt Ltd. With a growing industrial footprint, solid leadership, and a strategic shift toward manufacturing, the company is positioned to deepen its presence in Vietnam’s dynamic metal and steel supply chain.
