SAO MAI GROUP CORPORATION, known in Vietnamese as CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN TẬP ĐOÀN SAO MAI, is one of Vietnam’s most diversified and ambitious joint stock companies, headquartered in Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province. Established on March 5, 1997, the group has grown into a nationally recognized conglomerate with business operations spanning across agriculture, aquaculture, energy, real estate, tourism, and infrastructure.

Listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange under the ticker ASM, SAO MAI GROUP operates with a charter capital of over USD 152 million and employs more than 400 people. In 2023, SAO MAI reported total assets of approximately USD 834 million and revenues of nearly USD 492 million. Despite a year-on-year dip in revenue and a sharp decline in profit to USD 10.34 million, the company retained strong fundamentals, including a stable equity base of over USD 321 million and working capital exceeding USD 118 million.
