Founded in May 2002, VINGROUP has become the largest multi-sector group in Vietnam. It operates in the many fields, including real estate, automobile manufacture, medical services, education, travel, and entertainment… Up to now, it has developed many brand names, namely Vinhomes (residential real estate development), VinFast (automobile and motorbike manufacturing), VinBus (operator of electric bus), VinPearl (resort), VinSchool (education), VinMec (hospital and clinic), VinBigData, VinAI... VINGROUP has a huge organizational structure with 110 subsidiaries as of 31 Dec 2023.

Regarding real estate and services, VINGROUP’s subsidiary, Vinhomes, listed on the HoSE as VHM, achieved VND 103.56 trillion of consolidated net revenue and VND 33.53 trillion of consolidated profit after tax in 2023, up by 66% and 15% over the previous year respectively. Vinpearl's resort and tourism activities recovered according to market momentum after the pandemic. Being Vietnam's largest listed company by market capitalization, the subject's outlook is sustainable.

Especially, following the announcement of VINGROUP’s subsidiary, VinFast, this firm delivered a total of 13,513 electric cars in the last quarter of 2023, a growth of 35% compared to the previous quarter. For the whole year of 2023, VinFast's global electric car sales reached 34,855 vehicles, an increase of 5 times compared to the number of electric cars the company delivered in 2022. Of which, about 32,000 cars were consumed in Vietnam last year, accounting for 91.8%.

Generally, the subject is ranked as the first position in the Top 10 companies in the same industry. Default risk is also ranked at a low level. Thus, it is supposed to have the ability to meet large commercial credit limits.
