Established on December 27, 2005, and headquartered at No. 193, Dinh Tien Hoang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, the company operates under Business ID and Tax Identification Number 0300399360. It is registered with the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment.

This enterprise is partially state-owned, with VIETNAM STEEL CORPORATION holding the majority stake of 55.67%. The remaining ownership is split between Ms. Nguyen Thuy Ly (13.04%) and other shareholders (31.29%).
