The subject specializes in importing cashew from Africa and Cambodia, and it sells to local manufacturers. According to Mr. Nguyen Van Danh – the subject’s Director, in fact, the subject is a trader who imports under the requirements of its clients. This company imports cashews and put them in bonded warehouses. After that, cashews will be transported to the warehouses of its clients directly. Mr. Danh and other shareholders have many experience years in this field; therefore, they have a stable client quantity. 

Especially, the subject’s tax code is locked temporarily by the tax department now. Mr. Danh said that his company had a long vacation of the Tet's holiday. Official staff of the tax office went to his company for checking when his company was still on the vacation of the Tet’s holiday; therefore, there was not any staff in the company at that time. As a result, the tax department thought that his company did not operate and locked the company’s tax temporarily. Currently, he is explaining this issue to the tax office and the company’s tax code will be unlocked in next some days.

Generally, although the tax code of the subject is locked temporarily, with the reasonable explanation from its Director as well as the good business result on the financial statement. We still put this company’s status at "active" normally.
