According to statistics from the General Department of Customs, Vietnam's cashew exports in September 2024 reached 57,000 tons, with a revenue of USD 372.1 million, down 11.6% in volume and 8.9% in revenue compared to August 2024. However, they increased by 0.6% in volume and 20.2% in revenue compared to September 2023. In the first nine months of 2024, Vietnam’s cashew exports totaled 543,500 tons, generating USD 3.15 billion, up 20.1% in volume and 21.7% in revenue compared to the same period in 2023.
The average export price of cashews in September 2024 was USD 6,522.3 per ton, an increase of 19.5% compared to September 2023. For the first nine months of 2024, the average export price of cashews was USD 5,796.9 per ton, up 1.3% compared to the same period in 2023.
